Ricochet is a fine example of the C. William Lapworth-designed Cal 2-46, built by Jensen Marine in Costa Mesa, California. Designed specifically as a comfortable long-range cruising yacht, the Cal 2-46 combines a substantial fiberglass hull, shoal 5-foot draft, protected center cockpit, ketch rig and unusually spacious accommodations for a yacht of this era.
Ricochet has spent her life in Southern California and has benefitted from knowledgeable ownership and ongoing improvements.
